The circular economy is a model of production and consumption, which involves sharing, leasing,
reusing, repairing, refurbishing and recycling existing materials and products as long as possible. The
aim of the webinar is to introduce the practical approach toward entrepreneurship part of Circular
Economy, targeting the Western Balkan Region through examples from Europe, America, Dubai and
Western Balkans.
During the webinar, some of the key concept that will be covered are:
• Policy framework on circular economy in WB region with a special focus on Energy;
• Waste generation and recovery, with a special focus on circular business models;
• Challenges to the circular economy and how can WB seize and see Circular economy as a
potential for growth in terms of new entrepreneurship innovations.
